The ultimate checklist application

If you've used Launchlist Lite you'll be pretty familiar with this page.

The Launchlist is the core of the application and represents the checklist to test each of your sites before launch. With Launchlist Pro, you'll be able to create a separate Launchlist for each of your website projects and test them individually based on templates that you create.

Launchlists are considered active until you send them to the archives, and once there they'll be stored for safe keeping and viewing.

Checklists can be switched from active to archived (and vice versa) at any time.

Get ready to launch

The launchpad is essentially the dashboard for your active checklists - this is the first page you'll see when you login.

The launchpad will display all of the recent, active checklists stored in your account for quick access. Checklist attributes include the project name, URL, level of completion, whether or not you are assigned and checklist options. Checklists that are considered ready to launch are highlighted.

The launchpad and lists page also include the latest activity in your account so you can keep up to date.

3. My lists

All of your lists in one place

The My Lists page lists all of your checklists for your convenience.

By default, this page will list all of your active lists ready for you to update, edit and launch - but you can filter the lists to show all checklists or just your archived checklists as well.

The sort options will let you change the order the lists are displayed - from the project name, URL, status, level of completion or date created.

4. New List

Create a new checklist, simply.

The new list page makes it really easy to create new checklists for use in the app.

Just drop in your project name, the project URL, choose a template and you're ready to go. If you don't need a template and want to add fields ad hoc, just choose the 'Start from scratch' option and you'll be set up with an empty checklist ready to go.

If you have a Rocketship or Planetoid account you can also add collaborators to your checklist to work with you. You can also give your collaborators the ability to edit the checklist and select whether you would like them to receive email reports.

5. Templates

Different folks, different strokes

We all have different requirements and checklist templates make it really easy to streamline your testing workflow, allowing you to set standard fields for all different types of projects - whether it's a mobile site, blog post or e-commerce website.

We've even included a set of 'Readymade' templates to get you started.

All templates are editable and allow you to set an icon for easy identification.

6. Users

Multiple users for easy collaboration

Rocketship and Planetoid accounts both include the option to add and collaborate with other users on your checklists.

Easily add users to your Launchlist account and they're ready to go. You can add users as admins, allowing them to edit all checklists and create new ones; or as standard users, who are only able to edit checklists to which they are assigned.
